How adoption works

1. Contact

So, you like one of our pups and you contact us. It may have been us reaching out to you as you are on our waiting list.

2. Discussion

We start exchanging information. You ask us as many questions about our cuties as you may have. We will do our best to give you all the answers you need. Remember, this is about a long term decision. We assume you really want to do this, but we might ask you some questions too, just to make sure the pup will be well taken care of.

3. Deposit

If you are convinced, you can make a reservation. Should you change your mind afterwards, you will be able to use your deposit one other time to reserve another one of our pups. In case a reserved pup displays signs of a non-curable hereditary illness, your deposit will be refunded.

4. Guarantee Contract

You can opt for signing a guarantee contract with us to receive extra health warranty with the pup. You can take care of this online.

5. Shipping arrangements

When the pup reaches the age required for safe transportation, we start arranging shipping.

6. Final Payment

This is when you will be asked to make the final payment.

7. Pup sent

Pups are shipped by truck within Europe and by air overseas. We have been doing this for many years and our agents our pros.

8. Export Pedigree & invoice

The final documents will be mailed as a conclusion to our official dealings. We will be happy if you choose to keep in touch, but it will be up to you entirely.
